Hello and welcome to my new website. I assume that if you are reading this you are in the market to buy or sell a home. I want you to know that I am a dedicated agent that will give you more than 100% if you choose me as your Realtor. I work evenings and weekends. If you are a seller I have many devices that I use to market your home. They include: advertising in the local paper, Henderson Homes Magazine, local and national websites and your house would be placed on real estate search engines such as: Trulia, Realtor.com, Visual Tour, Craigslist, YouTube and more! I belong to the local MLS (multiple listing service) so that means that not only will I be trying to sell your home but so will every other agent in Henderson! Last but not least I will hold Open Houses to showcase and to create interest in your home. I handle all of the negotiations with the other party and I don't get paid unless you get paid!
If you are a buyer I want you to know that I have access to the MLS so that means I can show you any homes listed in Henderson, Union and Webster counties that are listed with a Realtor. Also, I can help you with the purchase of a HUD home. I am free to look at homes according to your schedule. Also, I handle all of the negotiations with the other party.
